I bought both the XL and the XXL not knowing exactly which might fit best. I found for me, that neither work as advertised. The neck length from the base to the lower end of the inserted piece XXL Distance B in the sizing section, is 1.5 inches. I found that if all the inserted piece is actually inside, the base is starting to enter my hole. It could not be left alone, as it was likely that the base was going to get sucked in !!! Again for me, i would say that the neck (Distance B) needs to be around another 1 inch longer. That way, the PLUG inserted piece is definitely all inside, and that base is not trying to also get inside !!
