Feeling is good, mechanics are not

I love the sensation and the feel of it, but the device Always stops working after a while. sometimes it takes 30 minutes, but after a while it Always starts to slow down for a few seconds and then stops entirely. I have to unplug it and restart it again and then it works again for a few minutes but stops again.
