In my opinion, this item is more suitable for teasing as it is more pleasurable when it is not pressed hard on the skin. A lot of pressure might affect how well it's rolling too. The only issue I had was that the screw that connects the wheel to the handle got unscrewed in one day without even being used that much (to be fair maybe it wasn't screwed tightly in the first place) and I put it back in place. I guess only whith a screwer I will be able to tell wether there is an issue or not, but one day of use is still too soon.
